On this page you can find detailed semi-automatic weather forecasts for Sardinia divided into five homogeneous climate zones.

The five zones coincide (also in the numbering) with the weather vigilance zones defined by the decision of the President of the Regional Council no. 51/40 of 17/11/2017.

The ARPAS meteorologists divide the three forecast days (today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow) into some intervals (one to four), depending on the weather situation. For each vigilance zone, a forecast is issued for the main meteorological quantities: temperature, state of sky, precipitation, wind and possibile other phenomena.

The forecasts are based on the automatic output of a numerical model. Each day, in order to produce the bulletin, meteorologists decide whether to confirm the automatic forecasts of the numerical model or to modify them according to their own assessment of the weather situation.
